At todayelizabeth, each piece is thoughtfully curated, redesigned, or handmade as a one-of-a-kind creation. Because of the unique nature of these garments, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited availability and individual nature of each item, todayelizabeth does not accept returns or exchanges for fit, style preference, or change of mind.

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and photos before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, materials, or details about a piece, please contact me before placing your order. I am happy to provide additional information to help you find the right fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you purchased, please contact todayelizabeth within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue.

Approved issues may be addressed through a replacement (when available) or another appropriate resolution.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
